I have been on a huge chocolate kick lately. I had several comments about Raisinets from my earlier post regarding the sweet chocolatey morsels, so I began thinking of all my favorite chocolate candies. I decided to do a top ten list of my favorites. Feel free to give a little love to your favorite chocolate in the comments. I will start with number ten in full David Letterman style.
10. Milk chocolate covered marshmallow santas, easter eggs (not the creme stuff, real marshmallowy centers)
9. Milk chocolate covered pretzels
8. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
7. Nestle's Turtles
6. Raisinets
5. Ghirardelli Chocolate with caramel center
4. Dove Chocolate with caramel center
3. Milk chocolate covered strawberries (like the ones at my wedding - where I only got one. But Riley and I made some this Valentine's Day and they were DEE-LICIOUS!)
2. Plain MnM's (heated up in the microwave for 30 seconds and served with a tall glass of skim milk, of course, who would hear of eating them any other way?)
1. Cadbury Mini Eggs (not the big creme filled ones, the candy coated chocolate eggs -- Guess what holiday is next!)

In honor of your ode to chocolate - I ate a bag of mini chocolate chip cookies for breakfast!
I've been enjoying the rest of Graisi's Chocolate Chocolate Cake I made her for her luncheon Saturday. YUM!
