First of all, we had a wonderful weekend in WR. Thank you to all of our friends over there. It was so great seeing everybody. I have not gotten the pictures developed yet, but I will post some once I do.... I forgot my digital camera, so we used mom's dinosaur (just kidding, mom)! We stayed up late and got up early the entire weekend. We ran the kids ragged. Riley, who never falls asleep in the car, actually took a short nap on the way home late Sat night.

On Sunday, Riley received his Bible from our church. Notice the photo below. I am so proud of my big boy. Our pastor said to me before the service that it won't be long and he will be walking across the stage to get his diploma. I told him not to say that to me! :)

Today was just one of those days... We got Riley off to school (complaining he didn't feel well). Reagan and I set off to church for Sys Theol. I get her situated (she didn't want to go to child care). I sit down at Sys. and my phone rings... school nurse, Riley is sick. I gather my stuff, go get Reagan, who has only been in childcare max 25 minutes, says, "I had a good day, Mommy." Riley ends up with a 101 fever. I have made an appointment with the Dr for tomorrow. After office hours, Reagan starts crying that her ear is hurting "verdee bad" (very bad). I guess I will be taking both of them in! She has complained off and on for 2 days about her ear, but it was definitely more serious tonight... I will keep you posted.

Funny:

Reagan has done this several times: She will partially unwrap her Dum Dum sucker, leaving the wrapper around the stick. She will make her sucker fly, while saying, "Super Man!" (like the wrapper is the cape!)

One More:

I kept asking Riley if he was being honest about being sick. Then, when I took his temp and it was 100, I told him he was right, he has a fever... he stiffled a grin! (as though to say - See, I was right!)
