Saturday, January 19 we got some snow in the south!! The kids were BESIDE THEMSELVES with excitement. Of course the boy a little more so than the girl. Reagan is a little more like her mama; she likes to stay warm and dry during the cold weather. (Although she does insist on wearing a skirt.) I could hardly sleep the night before, because I was so excited for the kids. Riley had a basketball game that morning and it snowed the entire game, so it had plenty of time to accumulate on cars and on Ed and Sallie's back porch. That is where we got the snow for "Pat" the snowperson. We ended up spending most of the day at their house.

The making of the snow person... actually we made the snowballs on the back porch and carried them THROUGH the house to the front so that people could see our creation. Notice Reagan's get up!
