Reagan is really into singing everything. She gets the tune to just about anything and if she doesn't know the words, she just makes up her own. There is nothing in this world as sweet as a 2 year old voice singing "Jesus Loves Me." And she knows it! And who doesn't love hearing "Jingle Bells" in August? She is also a flirt. She will "make eyes" at boys/men, smile, and then look down while smiling. She will then just lift her eyes to see if they are still looking at her! She's a charmer!
Riley did better today. He did have to flip a card, but he was so good the rest of the day, that the teacher let him flip it back. He also got all of his spelling words correct on his spelling test!! Yea!!
I was the "fun parent" tonight. I took the kids to get ice cream after supper. We had a great time. Riley picked the place we went. He remembers going there with Dustin in WR. I ordered a brownie sundae, which turned out to be HUGE. I of course commented as such and Riley said, "Don't worry , Mommy. Just eat what you can and I'll finish the rest." He ate half of his and said he was done, but that he wanted some of mine! A few minutes later Reagan finished hers and started in on Riley's! (She finished his too, by the way.) Out of the blue she said, "Mommy's huge!"... meaning my ice cream was huge, but I took that as the hint to quit eating :) Ha! Ha!
By the way, my builder STILL has not come by to do the spray work, and he has not called. UGH!!
