Freezing off our bunny ears!

We had a cold Easter at my sister's house. Of course, I don't think the kids noticed the cold weather. We were constantly reminding them to put their shoes on before they went outside... forget the jacket... they were too busy jumping on the "jumpoline." We dyed Easter Eggs and read from our "Resurrection Eggs". If you don't have this, you will want to get it for next Easter (I got mine at Wal-mart for about $13). It is a dozen plastic eggs that tell the story of Christ's death and resurrection. Each egg has an item in it... like a donkey to symbolize Christ's ride into Jerusalem on a donkey and coins for the coins that Judas got when he betrayed Jesus. The last egg is empty to signify the empty tomb. Riley really gets it. He can tell the story using the eggs.

Here are a few pics from our Easter weekend.
