Our Big Second Grader
I know you are not supposed to call boys beautiful, but aren't they both beautiful? Reagan was sad to see her brother go to school today. She fussed for a while after we dropped him off, "I want Riley! I want to go to Riley's school!" She is fine now. Riley did very well. He got up without fussing, ate a cinnamon roll for breakfast and even helped pack his lunch. When we got to the carpool line, he got a little anxious and started to think he didn't know where to go, but we got it settled before he got out. I have been praying for him and his teacher this morning. She is fresh out of college, so she is just as excited as the kids. I pray we have a very good 2nd grade experience!
I meant to mention this yesterday... On Monday night, Riley bit into a chicken leg and his front right tooth became very loose! He is very excited, but it is not quite ready to come out. I want to take some more pictures this weekend before he becomes snaggle-toothed!

Reagan looks so grown up! And how in the world do you get Riley to put his arm around her? Hunter won't go near Brantley!
