Reagan and I just got back from Holly's (my sister) house. We all went up there yesterday and today Chad (bro in law) took Riley and Tyler to my parents' house. He was doing yard work for them. Anyway, mom and dad took the boys fishing down at the dock (they live on the lake). They were having a blast, catching fish after fish. Tyler was making Riley laugh really hard... a belly laught my mom said... when he fell out of his seat and into the lake! He just swam around to the ladder and laughed about it. She said they just laughed even harder. I am glad to know that he didn't panic in that kind of situation, although it did surprise my mom!
Another funny.... Reagan met one of Holly's friends' cat. He is calico and I guess Reagan has never seen a calico cat. She was very worried about the "dirty cat." She kept saying, "Cat dirty.... cat color." Like some one had colored the cat. Holly kept telling her the cat was clean, so finally when she was in the car, Reagan asked, "Cat clean?"
The pool has finally opened in our neighborhood. Did I already mention that? The kids are having the best time in it. Reagan has no fear! She will jump to me in the regular pool, go under and then I bring her up. She wants to do it over and over! She really wants me to let go over her so she can swim like Riley! Riley is a little fish. He can swim all over the pool. He is enjoying diving for dive sticks. We went to Holly's pool yesterday and he and Tyler were jumping off the diving boards in 11 ft! They have so much fun together. We had a very good visit. Jenna even teared up as we were leaving tonight. Don't worry Jenna bug... we'll be back in a few weeks for your dance recital!
