My Birthday

I dreamed about Dustin last night and when I woke up I had to really think about where he was... business trip... no .... oh yeah. The whole thought process happened in about 3 seconds...

Then I remembered today is my birthday. We were out at my parents house. We went fishing, then we went on a boat ride. We really had a good time. (Riley caught a big striped bass and a big catfish yesterday! I will post pictures when I get a chance.) Oh, and yesterday Tyler got his hook hung on the bottom rung of the ladder going into the lake, so I took my shoes off and tried to get it off with my feet. Meanwhile, Reagan noticed my sunglasses on top of my head... she pulls them off and throws them in the lake! I tried to catch them, but we mostly just watched them sink to the bottom of the lake. I did un-hook Tyler's line, but it cost me a pair of sunglasses... another reason I only wear CHEAP sunglasses!

Amy, Tricia, Victoria, Paula, my mom, and I went out to eat tonight for my birthday and the guys kept all the kids. There was never a quiet moment at our table. Good food and great conversation.... Thank you, ladies! I am pretty sure it was eventful at the house too. The kids were in bed when I got home. Andy had a cute story about Riley... Andy asked Riley if I still lie down with him at night and he said,"No, but she sits in that chair (at the kitchen table)." So, of course Andy sits at the table and just for something to do, he picks up one of Riley's books (one that he had made at Granny and Paw Paw's house this weekend) and began to read it. Riley gets up and comes over to Andy and says, "She stays busy when she's in here," so Andy gets up and starts straightening up the kitchen and the toy room!! Way to go son!!! Keep Andy on his feet!
